604-765-1299Boilers are a common, if not required, feature in commercial settings. Boilers are used by apartment complexes, swimming pools, hotels, schools, hospitals, and other businesses.
Boilers heat water as needed for household hot water. They can also heat water and direct it through the property to produce warmth for a central heating system.
The cold water comes in via a pipe at the bottom of the tank, where it is heated to an average temperature of 110-120 degrees Fahrenheit using either gas or electricity. This heated water is then pumped out via a pipe in the top of the unit as needed. The advantage of this system is that it provides a continuous supply of hot water, meaning that you never have to wait for the water to heat up before taking a shower or doing dishes. Additionally, these units are typically very efficient, meaning that they will save you money on your energy bills in the long run.
